Cancellations made within 72 hours of your expected appointment will be charged 50% of service. Exemption from medical reasons if medical the deposit is taken and must reschedule same service within 24 hours for the 50% to be voided. “No Shows" will be subject to 100% of the booked service. If rebooked more than once the deposit is non refundable. We require a credit card at the time of booking to ensure policy. It is my goal to provide you with the best service possible to you and all of my clients. With respect that you arrive more than 15 min late it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subjected to the policy stated above.
